Honestly, if I needed advice on loft insulation or anything of the sort, I have a local carpenter just across the road who would be more than happy to assist me. So, I certainly won't be chatting with some random bloke from Liverpool!

Mentioned something about us being on the TPS list and offered an apology. Strangely, this same number has been ringing us multiple times over the last week.

I received a phone call from a lady with a thick foreign accent-definitely from a call centre. She was trying to reach someone with a last name she struggled to get right. She claimed to be conducting a survey regarding loft insulation, reassuring me multiple times that “this isn’t a sales pitch.” I informed her that we already have sufficient coverage for that and promptly ended the call. It felt rather fishy and was a bit of a bother, to be honest.

Earlier today, I received a call from someone with an Indian accent, attempting to confirm if they were speaking to Mrs...... at my residence. I informed her that she'd dialled the wrong number and hung up on her. I've since blocked the number.

A woman rang up wanting to speak to Mr or Mrs X. I informed her there wasn’t anyone by that name and that I was Miss instead. She was speaking rather rapidly, so I struggled to catch everything she said. However, when she mentioned something about a survey, I made it clear that I never partake in surveys over the phone. Her reaction seemed rather surprised, and that was when I decided to end the call.
