I got a call from someone saying my computer was infected with a virus. I told them I don't even own a computer, and then they started threatening me, saying they’d show up at my home. Pretty scary stuff coming from what’s obviously a scammer.

Got a call from someone using an Asian accent who said they were from PC Research. They told me there was a problem with my internet and advised me to switch my computer on. No doubt this was just a scam.
