I've been getting loads of calls from this new number where some American sounding woman says my internet and phone will be cut off in an hour unless I press 1 for more info or 2 for tech details. This has been happening on and off for about a year and a half now. I rang BT and they told me it's definitely a scam and warned me not to press any buttons because it might charge you.
