I recently came across a firm operating out of Liverpool, known as Chase Alexander, who appear to be linked to Quindell Legal Services. They predominantly focus on claims related to road traffic accidents (RTAs). The chap in charge is a fella named Nigel, and I gather their main office is in Preston. Interestingly, they also dabble in claims for Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) on top of the RTAs. It has come to my attention that the Team Leaders seem to be pushing quite questionable claims, seemingly with the blessing of upper management. To sum it up, it feels like a bit of a con, a serious one at that! The number I encountered was 0151 375 2491.

I received a rather peculiar phone call from someone named Kelly, who was using the number 0151 375 9920. She rang my grandmother, who's never even set foot behind the wheel of a car, claiming that she’d been involved in an accident two years prior. Strangely, Kelly was unable to present any specific information regarding this supposed incident. She insisted that her details were sourced from the DVLA and my nan's insurance provider. The conversation ended abruptly when I mentioned I’d contact the DVLA to verify her claims. Quite the suspicious call, if you ask me!

Today, I received a phone call from an unfamiliar number. Typically, I tend to disregard calls from unknown numbers. However, on this occasion, I decided to answer. The individual on the other end of the line asked for someone with my last name. When I politely inquired whether they were seeking Miss, Mrs, or Mr, they rudely replied saying, "Why are you murmuring? Speak distinctly!" In response, I retorted, "Kindly acquire some manners, madam, and refrain from calling me again!"
