These folk are from Liverpool, go by Chase Alexander, and say they work for Quindell Legal Service. They handle RTA claims, that’s road traffic accidents. The big boss is a bloke called Nigel, and their main office is in Preston. They also do PPI claims along with the RTA ones. Their team leaders are quite pushy, trying to get people to make dodgy claims, pretending it’s all legit and back by management! Honestly, it seems like a proper con to me, a right scam. The number they ring from is 0151 375 2491.

Got a call from 0151 375 6580 asking to speak to someone called Jack about an accident they said he was part of. But my name’s Jason! Honestly, what a mess-up. Absolute muppet calling me up like that.

Got a call from KELLY on 0151 375 9920, they rang up my grandma who’s never even had a licence, saying she’d been in a car crash two years back. They couldn’t give any real info and claimed they’d got her details from the DVLA and the car insurance folks. When I told them I’d check with the DVLA, they just cut off.

Today this number rang me and normally I wouldn’t pick up if I don’t know who it is, but I did. They asked for someone with my last name. When I asked if they meant Miss, Mrs, or Mr, the person snapped at me saying, "stop mumbling, talk properly!" I just replied, "Maybe you should mind your manners and don’t bother calling back!"

Got a call from a girl with a strong Liverpool accent, said it was about some "recent accident" I was supposed to have been involved in. 0151 375 9920 called me earlier. A young woman with a Liverpool sort of accent said she was ringing from "the insurance company" regarding "an accident". Sounded dodgy to me. Seems like they're trying some sort of scam or phishing trick, whichever way you spell it. I'm sure they're grabbing a few folks or else they wouldn't bother. Makes me feel quite upset and sorry for anyone who falls for this.

Got a call from someone claiming they could sort me out with £1500 from an insurance claim about a crash I had last year, saying it wasn’t my fault. Seemed a bit dodgy because the bloke didn’t know anything about what happened. £1500 sounds great, but if you want me interested, you’re gonna have to do a bit better than that!
