They kept ringing me up loads of times, really pushy and full of threats. Tried looking them up under the name “Low Velocity Impact” they said was their company, but nothing comes up on Google. Definitely thinking of reporting this lot to the police.

Best to avoid picking up calls about accident claims, they usually just try to hassle you or sell something dodgy. I got a call like that once and it was a waste of time, just a pushy sales pitch. Just my advice, be careful with those.

I got a call from someone pretending to be from an insurance firm wanting some feedback. When I asked them to take my info off their database, they started getting proper nasty on the phone. They said they’ve got my full name and address and threatened to come round and hit me. Honestly, if they showed up, they’d be the ones ending up on the floor first. Such a ridiculous and aggressive call!
