Called me twice on my mobile. The second time I picked up and they asked for me by name. I said it was me, then they just hung up. Strange!

I keep getting calls from this number all the time, but they never leave a voicemail. Once, I called back and there was just some weird automated message that was hard to understand. I've been trying to block it, but nothing seems to work. Not sure how they even got my phone number in the first place.
