I got a call from some lettings agency claiming they’d had complaints about my property. I told them I don’t actually rent it out, and then they started asking if I was alright. Didn’t sound right so I just hung up and blocked the number.

Received a call from this number the other day, but they were looking for someone who has nothing to do with this phone. Got a call from a woman claiming to be from some tenants group regarding issues I'd supposedly raised. When I asked which group exactly, she said "Hart". I told her I didn’t know that organisation and reckoned she’d got the wrong number. Then she just hung up on me. Saw a few others mention this number too, so it feels a bit dodgy. What worries me most is that she had my name, that’s a bit unsettling.

Got a really rude woman from some tenants help line calling me, even called me by the wrong name! When I asked where she found my number, she just smirked and said “wouldn’t you like to know.” Well, yeah, that’s why I’m asking. I said yes, and then she went on about how I probably don’t appreciate calls from numbers like hers. She even said she'd call me daily before just hanging up. Quite annoying really.
