Early this morning, we got a call from a really polite woman who mentioned that our drain insurance was up for renewal. She asked whether we’d made any claims in the past year, and when we said no, she offered a deal: if we renewed for two years, the third year would be free. After asking a few questions, she offered to send some documents for us to look over, which we agreed to. Since she didn’t ask for our address, we didn’t volunteer it. The call ended there. Now we’ve got to wait and see if the paperwork turns up.
