10 yearsI've had calls from this number on three separate occasions. The first two times, I simply told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call. The last time, the caller said they weren’t ringing from a business but claimed they could help with a grant. I mentioned I wasn’t eligible, but they insisted eligibility wasn’t necessary. When they asked for my email, I refused since I keep that private. The lady on the line was quite pushy and rude, so I ended up hanging up on her.10 yearsGot a call from a call centre, an English-speaking lady who sounded quite young. She was talking about government grants for eco-friendly home upgrades but wanted my email to send some info. I asked for a website or any contact info so I could verify it myself, but she couldn’t give me any. Bit dodgy if you ask me!10 yearsI got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, but the moment I picked up, they just hung up. Tried ringing it back from a different phone and it said the number’s no longer in use. Bit odd really, if it was a real caller they wouldn’t just disappear like that.10 yearsSince the moment I submitted my entry (08:04), it’s become evident that this site may not be based in the UK! However, the phone number seems to suggest otherwise, so it's worth clarifying that point, don't you think?UK10 yearsBlimey, it seems like we’ve got ourselves yet another nagging nuisance on our hands! If I remove previous numbers from the blocked list, they’ll just come back for another round... It’s about time tech kept pace with our need to do away with these pesky, unsolicited calls that we all find so irritating! Today, this number rang but promptly hung up before my voicemail could even finish its message - I've taken to ignoring calls now unless I recognise the caller or hear someone speaking. A fellow commenter mentioned it’s a woman droning on about ECO initiatives. It’s pretty annoying to keep getting them all the time.10 yearsI answered the call, but there was no response on the other end. Moments later, the caller simply hung up.10 yearsI had a call come through earlier today, but it only rang three times and then disconnected before I could pick up. No voicemail was left, which makes me even more hesitant. Since I'm unfamiliar with the number, I've decided against calling back. I really can’t afford to take the risk of racking up a hefty bill if it turns out to be one of those pesky calls!Submit Your Own Report (0151 363 7686)
