I picked up a call from this number, and there was nothing but a pause before someone yelled what sounded like 'Hello' and then abruptly ended the call. When I tried to call back, the line was instantly disconnected. I've since added this number to my block list.

I received a call that started off silent before launching straight into a recorded message that said, "Thank you for your call." The voice was that of a woman of Asian descent but had a hint of a North American twang. Quite curious, considering I was under the impression that a number beginning with 0151 would have a Scouse accent. Definitely raising a few eyebrows here!
