Got a call on my landline from someone claiming to be from Natwest about my wife's credit card nearing expiry, saying they needed to send out a replacement. I told him that the bank doesn’t ask for info like that over the phone and they'd just post it out automatically, then ended the call. He rang me back on this number and started questioning why I hung up on him. When I told him it was a scam, he got quite hostile.

Got a call that just sat there in silence, maybe it was on voice detection or summat. I never even spoke a word.
