Got a call saying there’s some HMRC fraud thing going on and I had to press 1. Obviously I didn’t do that. Honestly, best to just ignore any calls from that number.

Got a call claiming to be from Amazon asking about an order I never put in. They told me to press 1 to confirm it or 2 if I thought my account was hacked. I just hung up straight away. This is the third or fourth time I've had calls like this in the past week.

Got a call on my landline but they never told me who they were. Said a mobile I'd supposedly ordered would be arriving in 2 or 3 working days. They said if I wanted to cancel, just press 1. Looks like this number is connected to LFC Store and they're aware it's a scam going around.

Turns out this number belongs to the Liverpool FC shop. I phoned them to check and they told me the automated message I got is actually a scam.

Got a message about some order I supposedly have, total scam so I just blocked the number.

I got a call on my home phone from this number, it was some sort of automated thing claiming to be from Amazon about my account. I just ended the call straight away. Out of curiosity I phoned the number back and a young bloke answered saying the number had been taken over by scammers. He asked for my home number to 'verify' or something but I didn't give it, just said thanks and hung up. Plus the line kept cutting out, really poor connection.
