Reports on phone number 01513302647
1 monthI got a call at about 2:47 pm today from a lady with a strong Asian accent and loads of background noise like in a call centre. She said she was from BT and knew my first name. She claimed my internet was hacked by people abroad and offered to sort it out. I told her no, and when she asked why, I just said I didn’t trust her and hung up. I haven’t had BT broadband for years and never reported any issues. This call seemed dodgy, probably a scam, so be careful.BTSubmit Your Own Report (0151 330 2647)
