Somebody called saying they were a solicitor from Liverpool, trying to sort out a court case about my damp and housing problems. They sent a bloke to come check the place out, but it turns out he was just some old guy with his dog and an iPad. He took photos of my front and back doors quite quickly and then left without giving me any details about the damp issue. It felt a bit dodgy, especially since my back door was broken into not long ago, so I was watching him closely while he took the pictures. Definitely be cautious if you get a call like this.
