There was no sound at all when they called, so I’m pretty sure it was some kind of scam.

Got a call saying I could get a discount on O2 since my credit’s good and I’m up to date with payments. I just blocked the number straight away. Fingers crossed they don’t try to sneak anything onto my bill.

Got a call from someone claiming to be John at Curry’s, speaking in a weird robotic tone, trying to sell me a deal for £35 on something I couldn’t quite catch. I’m already a Curry’s customer and they’ve never called me like this before, so I figured it was probably a scam. Seems dodgy to me!

I picked up but no one spoke and then the line just went dead.

No one spoke when I answered and the call just dropped straight away. It’s a known scam trick, they want us to ring back so we get charged.
