For ages now, I've been getting emails from this dodgy debt company claiming I owe eBay some money. First they said it was over 70 quid, now it's down to just 8! I didnt pick up but the details you shared might be connected to a message I got from my-drs meant for someone else. I tried to reply telling them they had the wrong number but the message didnt go through. Not sure if I should take the call if they ring back?

Just like someone said earlier, ignoring calls from debt collectors can seriously mess up your credit score if your number is linked to their records. Better get it sorted pretty quick. Either remove your number or just clear what you owe, otherwise it’s just going to get worse!

Honestly, after seeing all these negative reviews, I’m scratching my head as to why. Every single person I’ve spoken to at DRS has been really polite and respectful. It’s not some kind of scam, it’s just a debt collection company doing their job. If they ring you by mistake, just pick up and explain it to them! Ignoring it will just make things worse for you.
