It’s called me before and I didn’t pick up, but when I finally did, I said "Dyfed Powys Police Scam Caller investigations" right away, and the person just hung up straight away. If you can't block the number, maybe try saying something like that too - it might stop them from phoning back again.

I dont pick up their calls since they never bothered to leave any voicemail. Theyve called me on both my landline and mobile though. Now I just ignore because if they’re not willing to leave a message, it cant be anything important. I know leaving a message could still be a way to scam people. From what others are saying, this seems more serious than just annoying, probably something to watch out for.

THIS IS THE FOOTY POOLS! no worries, its totally legit and you're probably past or current players, which explains the call. loads of ppl here saying 'i said nothing and they just hung up' well duh, what did you expect if you didn't say a word! also, heaps of folks claiming this is a 'spoof call' its not. its someone you’ve dealt with before or still do coz they don't just ring randoms out the blue.
