The woman said it was a follow-up about the Football Pools. I asked why I hadn’t got an email. She claimed they’d sent me a letter, which I did get but just ignored. I wasn’t going to share any info on the phone, so I told her I’d deal with it via the letter instead. She said alright and ended the call. Doesn’t seem like a scam to me. I received a call from someone purporting to be an insurance representative, insisting they could assist me in filing a claim for damages related to a car accident that supposedly wasn’t my fault.
