I received a rather alarming call where the person claimed that I was involved in a tax fraud investigation with HMRC. I instantly recognised it as a scam, so I decided to have a bit of fun. I spun a story about how I was already facing time for murder and that it didn’t bother me in the slightest. It’s safe to say the scammer was taken aback and promptly ended the call! Quite the amusing turn of events, really!
