got a call from action claims bureau. sounded like the person was speaking from india, not the uk. a woman, who said her name was nikita mcfarlane (which felt fake), asked if id been in an accident that wasnt my fault. i questioned why she was interested, then got passed to a ‘supervisor’ claiming to be from some official uk government group. when i asked for the name, he said ‘action claims bureau’. asked again why they cared, and the call just dropped. saw on other parts of this site that they recently switched phone numbers too.

Got a robo call from a woman saying her name was Makita MacFarlane from the "Action Claims Bureau". I told them "Calls to this number cost £10 per minute or part thereof. Do you wish to carry on?" The robot kept answering. My number’s on the TPS list. They called from a UK number too. I’ve reported them to Ofcom since I never agreed to any marketing calls. Does anyone know their address? I wanna send them a bill for the call charges!

Got a call from someone saying they were with "Action Claims Bureau" about some accident I was supposed to have had. Thing is, no accident ever happened, no claims to make, plus I haven't even had a car for ages since I let my daughter use it like three years ago and she never returned it!
