I came across a postcard that said, "Kindly contact Chris White at 0151 236 9958 and mention the reference number on the reverse. Thank you for your cooperation. (Important: this is not related to any sales inquiry)." The postmark was from Liverpool, which made us a bit wary. After some deliberation, we opted to disregard it as it struck us as rather dodgy.

Earlier today, we received one of those postcards encouraging us to give them a bell, but after skimming through the comments, we've held off for now, haha! Does anyone reckon this might be some sort of tracking agency that a family member had hired to locate us? I’d greatly appreciate any insights-thanks a bunch!

I received a call from this number that I found on an odd postcard stamped with second class postage. I had withheld my number when I rang, and a young woman answered, asking how they could assist me. As soon as I probed for the identity of the caller, this chap responded with "DT UK." He claimed I had the wrong number, and when I queried him further, he asked rather suspiciously, "Are you sure? Did you receive a card?" It seemed quite fishy to me. A legitimate business would communicate in a proper envelope, wouldn't you agree? I promptly hung up on him.

I decided to look up the company using a search engine, and that led me to Datatrace UK, located at 70 Pall Mall, Liverpool, L37DB.

I've just received a rather peculiar letter in the post and thought it wise to do a bit of research here before making any calls. It simply states, "Kindly contact Ralf Sharp at 0151 236 9958. Cheers!" Unfortunately, the postmark is illegible, so we're unable to trace its origin. This whole situation feels somewhat suspicious, to say the least.

This seems to be a debt recovery agency, yet there's a lack of clarity on what they actually are! Why hasn't anyone addressed the true nature of this situation? Just because these folks spin a tale about their operations, does that mean we should swallow it whole? Let’s be honest-did they feed you the line that this is merely a letter forwarding service? Get a grip! Moreover, if this is just a standard business, why on earth don't they specify that on the postcard they send out? They were probably courteous to you because you likely don’t have any outstanding debts!

I’m on a mission to track down individuals who have outstanding debts to banks and credit card companies. Interestingly, some of these folks claim they're just looking to locate people connected to inheritance matters. Quite the twist, isn’t it?

Earlier today, we received a call from Chris White. It seems the chatter is intended for the previous tenant of this place. However, it’s clear he had a reputation for being in debt, so these callers might be on the hunt for him to recover what he owes.

We received the same postcard featuring Liverpool. The individual claimed to be from a tracing company but failed to clarify what that entailed. They proceeded to ask probing questions, such as our date of birth, which we chose not to answer. We firmly requested that they remove our address from their records.

I really can’t be bothered to engage in pointless debates over this matter. They’re not in the business of collecting debts; rather, they operate as a tracing agency. The sole aim of these individuals was merely to locate people, and there’s absolutely nothing dodgy about their intentions whatsoever.

I was just wondering if anyone else has seen whether the postcard had a Royal Mail stamp on it. It feels to me like these might have been slipped through the letterboxes by some local runners rather than being posted out from that company over in Liverpool. What do you all think?

Today, we had an interesting encounter! It seems these folks are the kind of characters who might adopt others’ identities just to assess their creditworthiness. It’s best not to share any personal information, and if they happen to request anything at all, insist they provide it in writing. Absolute fraudsters! When they come sniffing around for address verification or similar details, remember it should come via a proper letter rather than a mere postcard. Stay vigilant!

Seems just like the other postcards I've seen, don't you think? Are you absolutely certain this isn't some sort of CSA inquiry trying to track down missing parents?

I recently received one of those cards meant for someone who used to live here. It had a message urging the recipient to contact Chris White. Out of curiosity, we decided to give them a ring. The lady we spoke with mentioned that they are indeed trying to reach the individual named on the card. When we asked for more details, she couldn’t share anything, citing the data protection regulations. All she could reveal was that they are a tracing agency working on behalf of a client to locate the person. Quite strange, really!

I’m curious to find out whose number this is. I recently received a rather strange and anonymous postcard inquiring about a neighbour's property, which piqued my interest. The postcard is postmarked from Liverpool and features the number 0151 236 9958 related to the questions asked. It all seems rather suspicious, and I’d appreciate any insights on who might be behind this inquiry when you have a moment. Cheers!

I encountered one of those cards earlier today, and honestly, it struck me as rather peculiar. I’d recommend that folks steer clear of making any calls to them, as it appears they’re after personal information for reasons that seem decidedly odd. Just a bit fishy all around, if you ask me!

Honestly, it's quite astonishing the kind of assumptions some individuals make! I had a little card in my possession, rang them up, and the support I received was immensely helpful and insightful. They genuinely guided me in the right direction, and now my issues are getting resolved. It's baffling how people can pass judgement before grasping the complete picture. It was really beneficial to have a conversation, and let's not forget - these folks are simply fulfilling their roles, tirelessly rectifying the blunders that I and others have inadvertently made. Much appreciated!

I can assure you, this isn't a debt recovery agency, and the team members are far from rude. They're merely undertaking their roles, and if you ever find yourself ringing them up, you'll soon realise how incredibly accommodating they are. They’ll clarify what their inquiry entails with great precision. Honestly, some of the remarks floating around here are quite amusing; it’s evident that a few individuals jump to conclusions far too swiftly.

It appears that this is a company that's acquired or assumed debts that could possibly be yours. It's advisable not to respond to their calls or any correspondence, as once they get hold of your details, they're unlikely to let go easily.
