I received a call about some interest rate offer, and I politely expressed my disinterest, saying "no thank you". Instead of being courteous, they abruptly hung up before I could even finish my sentence. When we called back to ask for a manager or supervisor, we were told they weren’t around at the moment. Meanwhile, I could hear the chap saying, "PAUL, someone is asking to speak to you". Quite the experience, I must say!
