I got a missed call from this number too today. Looks like it’s from some firm called Comformatic or something like that. A few years back, they tricked my mum into swapping her perfectly fine bed for a pricey one, then later managed to talk her into buying a super expensive adjustable chair. I kept asking her to say it again until I could hear it properly - took about 3 tries this time. I can't believe these muppets decided to ring my poor mother, who struggles with dementia. She often finds it challenging to remember things and called me afterwards, saying some social services lot had been in touch with her and had scheduled an appointment for “Friday.” The trouble is, this was on a Thursday! We were quite baffled by the whole thing, so we all rushed over to her place at 5pm the following day. But lo and behold, not a soul turned up! Upon investigating her phone, we found two numbers from the day before: 01515591140 and 01512302341. We’re not entirely certain what was said during that call, but social services was definitely mentioned. If only I could pop over to their office easily!

Comfomatic are giving out m and s vouchers if you take part in their sleep survey and go to a no-cost product chat. They have slots at 9:30, 10:00, 13:30, 14:00, 17:00 and 17:30 for a free "sleep position demo/presentation". It lasts about 3 hours and during it, they push quite hard to get you to buy something from their range.

I had a rather irksome experience with these adjustable bed salespeople. I made it clear that I had no interest in their offers, hung up the phone, and promptly added their number to my block list. Honestly, it’s quite outrageous that they continue to call when I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, and to top it off, they even knew my name! It’s beyond annoying!

I got a dodgy cold call even tho I’m on the TPS list. Feels only fair to give a little payback. They use a Freephone number 08000807806 so I’m planning to ring that nonstop all day every day next month. Every call will cost them, so it’s a bit of sweet justice. Maybe next time they’ll bother checking the TPS before pestering innocent people. Fingers crossed their phone bill goes through the roof and puts them outta business. Let’s see how they like a taste of their own medicine.

On January 13th, a chap was dangling a £15 M&S voucher, but blimey, we struggled to catch what he was on about! Even after we asked him to take it easy, it was still quite the puzzle to decipher his words.

Had my third irritating phone call this morning. I didn’t pick up, let it go to voicemail, and lo and behold, all I got was a bunch of muffled office chatter! What a waste of time!

Got a call about some "sleep survey"! Told them I’m on the Do Not Call list and don’t want any unsolicited calls. They claimed I filled out a form and this was a follow-up. Absolutely not true!! The woman, with a strong Manchester accent, was quite polite but kept pushing. I ended the call and filed a complaint with the TPS.

Had a woman call me claiming I could get free Marks & Spencer vouchers, but really she was pushing pricey adjustable beds. I said I wasn’t interested, yet she just wouldn’t end the call. I told her my number’s on the TPS list, so I shouldn’t be getting these sales calls, but she carried on like I wasn’t there. She sounded like she was from Liverpool too.
