Received a call today at precisely 4:28pm regarding PPI from what they claimed was the British Bank. The whole thing seemed rather comical, honestly! They were chatting about a potential refund linked to a loan. The caller said they were from Manchester, but when I inquired which bank they thought I had taken a loan out with, they dodged the question, insisting they were well-informed. The chap introduced himself as James, but his accent was distinctly Indian. Quite the peculiar experience!
