The funny thing is, I’ve never signed up for an Amazon account at any point in time. When I explained this, the caller remained adamant that their system showed I had one. I insisted that their information must be incorrect and asked them to verify it again. Rather than doing so, they simply cut the line. Quite a peculiar experience!
