I got a call from the registrar, but really it could be anyone from WLC like teachers, library staff, housing or maintenance. Hopefully that clears things up! :)

Got a call from this number on my mobile while I was actually using my landline, so I missed it. Since it was a local code, I called back and got a looped message saying something like, “one of our customer advisors phoned you today and will try again later.” It never said which company they were with, but the number starts with 28, so I guessed it could be WLE. Not sure why they're ringing my mobile though, I’ve only ever given them my landline. Plus, I’m with BT Digital Voice now, so my landline would have rang even if I was busy on a call.
