When I try calling them now, it just redirects me to a voicemail asking me to email, but I never get any response back. I can’t understand how they’re allowed to keep operating like this - I’m guessing I’m not the only person stuck in this situation. They don’t accept PayPal, which is a shame because then I might have got my refund. Isn’t there some kind of buyer protection for cases like this?
