On the 26th of October 2017, I purchased some car paint from a company using the phone number listed here, paying £12.48. However, whenever I try to ring the number, I'm greeted with a recorded message urging me to reach out via email, but no one seems to respond. It's quite concerning that the business is still operating despite what seems to be a common issue among dissatisfied customers. Regrettably, they don't accept payment through PayPal, otherwise I would have already requested a refund. I can't help but wonder if there's any form of consumer protection in place for situations like this. Could you please inform me what steps you are taking to address this situation?
