Got a call from a Hay-on-Wye number, which is a bit weird since I don’t know anyone from there. It was a young bloke claiming he was ringing about some insulation put in my loft and some government grant stuff. When I asked him who had done the installation, he just hung up straight away. Definitely sounded like one of those dodgy marketing calls or maybe even a scam.
