Just had a rather peculiar phone call at a rather early hour, around 07:36 to be precise. An Indian lady on the line, claiming to hail from the Windows Technical Support team. I couldn’t resist the urge to question her location and the time it supposedly was. She boldly stated London, but considering my phone pinpointed Hay-on-Wye in Herefordshire, it was painfully clear this was a dodgy scam attempt, probably using some trickery with the caller ID. I informed her bluntly that she was nothing but a fraudster and promptly ended the call. What a way to start the day!
