On 27th October 2020 at about 9:43 in the morning, I got a call from a bloke with a deep English accent. He claimed to be from BT and said there was some unusual stuff happening on our internet, and if we didn’t act, it would be disconnected. Then he told me to press 1 to chat with their team.
