7 yearsGot a call off someone saying they were from BT, telling me my internet was being hacked by strangers and they needed to block those outside connections. His English was so rubbish I could hardly catch what he was on about. I’ve actually worked at BT before, so I asked which part of the company he was with. He claimed to be from BT Openreach technical team, but when I pushed him for more info, he just ended the call.
