I’m curious, why do they have a Welsh number, specifically from North Wales?

Somebody crashed into my car, and we got it all sorted out in the end. But now these people keep hassling me to take legal action against the driver at fault. I really don’t want any trouble or to sue anyone, yet they keep calling non stop. If I say I’m not interested, they get quite rude. They ring at all times too, with the earliest call being 8.30 on a Sunday morning! It's honestly so annoying.
