This number wasn’t saved in my contacts so I just didn’t pick up. They left a weird kinda message but it was just a few mumbling sounds, probably reacting to my ansaphone now playing my dog barking. After seeing other people’s comments, I reckon it was “Microsoft” again, lol. They rang a week ago too, and I actually answered then cos I was expecting a plumber. The moment they said “Microsoft” I hung up straight away - everyone knows that’s a dodgy scam trying to steal your info. Total nonsense and should be illegal.

Once more, I find myself inquiring as to their identity, as I refrained from providing my own details. When I questioned them about their call, they fell silent. Some bloke with an Indian accent called me pretending to be from Microsoft. I told him I didn’t believe he was actually from Microsoft, and he said he'd share his Microsoft ID to prove it. I told him that just giving me some number doesn’t mean much since I can't check if it’s real. He was quite pushy and not very polite. Thinking it was a scam, I just said goodbye and ended the call. Then, he rang me back a bit later but I didn’t bother answering.

Had the most annoying phone call today, some guy named Kevin with a strong Indian accent claiming to be from Microsoft. He asked if I was the primary user of my PC. When I didn't give him any info, he actually threatened I'd end up in prison for hacking and insisted I hand over my computer to him. I just laughed it off, called him nuts, and then he got really nasty and started swearing like crazy. His English was quite poor, but somehow he knew all the bad words!
