They keep ringing me non-stop. I just end the call straight away nowadays but they still keep coming back, like almost 10 times every day. Really don’t get it, I’m clearly not interested.

My elderly mother, who often gets muddled, was hounded for days by someone claiming to be from BT, promising to lower her bills. They really pressured her into giving her consent. Now, I’m left with an absolute mess to untangle. Take heed, steer clear of these sorts of calls and just hang up!

Got a call from some scammers pushing to make me switch my internet provider. No way, just blocked their number along with loads of others I don’t wanna hear from!

I've experienced a similar dodgy situation with Openstream. It seems to be nothing but a scam, just as described previously.

Received a call from 01489 865100 claiming to be One Stream connected with Openreach’s wholesale section. They said they were obliged to let me know about upcoming increases in my broadband and phone bills. Quite annoying!

Some lady named Karen from One Stream called me, saying my phone lines belonged to Openreach instead of BT and suggested I might be paying too much. When I asked for the price she was talking about, she just hung up on me before I could say a word. Quite cheeky if you ask me.

I recently had a phone call from Openstream, claiming to be carrying out market research for BT Openreach, but it felt more like a telesales pitch. It was quite misleading, to say the least.

Got a call earlier from a girl near Portsmouth claiming to be with One Stream. She was trying to get me to switch my broadband from Open Reach to their “better deal.” She kept going on about their links with Open Reach and how my current account was with them too. I kept telling her that Open Reach isn’t even a retailer and this call sounded dodgy, probably illegal. Eventually she just hung up on me. Well, at least I kept her busy for a while - maybe stopped her from pulling a fast one on some unsuspecting pensioner.

Last week, my mum, who struggles to hear properly and usually just nods along with a ‘yes’ even if she hasn’t caught what’s been said, got a phone call. Turns out, these people were actually trying to cancel my current phone contract (which is under my name) and move mum's number across to their service. I’ve since got in touch with my provider, who has thankfully stopped the whole thing from going ahead. Now these lot are claiming my mum verbally agreed to a contract with them, but they deny ever cold calling her at all. I’m still waiting for them to get back to me about it.

This number called us out of the blue claiming to be from One Stream Phone and Broadband. My husband ended up hearing them out, and before we knew it, they tried to sort out a new contract and cancel our current provider without our clear okay. It's been a real hassle to get it all straightened out! They rang again today, insisting we’d signed up with them. Really hoping this is the final time we get contacted by them.

Got a call out of the blue from One Stream Phone and Broadband. My other half was on the phone and ended up hearing them out, which led to them trying to start a contract and ditch our current supplier without us really agreeing. It's been a faff trying to get everything back to normal since then! They rang again recently, claiming we’d signed up with them. Really hoping that’s the end of it now.

I received a call from a company named Onestream, attempting to persuade me to switch my phone service over to them. They went so far as to reach out to my current provider to initiate the cancellation of my existing contract. The whole ordeal took forever to resolve. I can't shake the feeling that it was a bit dodgy, to be honest.

Someone rang me about my phone and internet provider. Was just chatting about what deals they had on offer, but when I mentioned I was alright with my current BT contract, the woman on the phone suddenly got a bit rude.
