Some bloke called Ben rang up my elderly mother-in-law, scaring her about having to update her broadband right away or she'd lose her number and internet. He was pushing her to switch to Onecom broadband instead of the one she already has. Seemed really dodgy, quite intimidating and nothing but confusing. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust these lot for a second.
