this number has been ringing us off and on for a couple of weeks now, but when we answer there’s usually nobody there. also, no messages left on the answerphone which makes it seem a bit dodgy.

got a call yesterday but nobody was there, just dead silence. today i answered and the guy gave his first name and started talking about some government scheme for insulation work done in our attic. i told him he’d got the wrong place as we’ve never had any professional insulation done up there. then he just hung up, didn’t even say the company’s name.
