Got two calls from this number. The first one, no one said a word, it was just silence. Then, a few days later, early in the morning, I got another call where someone kinda asked if I was the person living here and then suddenly started going on about windows. Tried ringing back but the number wouldn’t go through.

Some bloke called me saying he was "John from windows and doors" - I knew the voice from yesterday when he rang my other landline but with a different number showing. I tried calling back using 141 before the number to keep my number private, but it just said number not found or something like that. Honestly, someone needs to track these muppets down and shut them up for everyone’s sanity.

I picked up the phone and all I got was silence before the call just ended. Tried to ring back since the number was local, but the phone company quickly told me "you've dialled an invalid number." Seems these scammers have now switched from bogus mobile numbers to fake landlines.
