I got a call claiming to be about some government-backed insulation for the loft, but the thing is, I don't actually have a loft!

I got a call from this number, and the person pretended to be from the council, asking about my loft insulation. They wanted to know if I’m over 85, which seems like a way to find older folks to scam. Definitely sounded fishy to me.
