So I picked up the phone, and this bloke telling me he was Alex from some energy company around my postcode started the chat. He asked if I was the homeowner, and when I said yes, he just hung up on me. Weird, right?

This number keeps ringing me twice a day, once early morning and then again about teatime on my home phone. Every time I pick up before it hits my answering machine, the call just cuts off. When I try phoning back using the number shown on 1471, it tells me it's an invalid number. Really frustrating!
