As soon as they realised I was a woman speaking, they just cut the call.

Someone rang me earlier claiming my loft hadn’t been checked since the insulation was installed under a government scheme, and said it might be causing damp issues. When I questioned how they knew about any inspection or lack thereof, they just ended the call. Feels like a scam to me, especially since I’ve heard others nearby had similar calls.
