She inquired if I was Mrs (my surname), to which I clarified that I’m Miss (my surname). Then, she proceeded to ask if I lived at (states address). I had to inform her that my mother, Mrs (my surname), hasn’t resided there for over a decade! It’s baffling how they managed to ring me when they appeared to have details about my mother’s past. She kept pressing me to take part in some survey regarding mobile providers. When I mentioned I might report her due to having sensitive information linked to my mother, she abruptly ended the call.
