I called this number to confirm and a man picked up telling me it’s definitely not BT. So yeah, don’t trust that it’s from BT.

I got a call from someone saying they were from BT, offering to update my router. When I told them I wasn't with BT, the woman said they also worked with Virgin and Sky. Seemed really dodgy to me.
