I told them I haven’t had any repairs, and they just cut off straight away. Bit odd, innit? HA claims they don’t know anything about it, though they’re usually rubbish with info. My guess is maybe my info got shared from Wates, since they’re the contractors HA uses. Both the housing association and Wates do their own surveys anyway, so who’s really calling is a mystery.
