I received a couple of missed calls from this number, and it struck me as rather dodgy. I decided to take a chance and entered the number into my Skype app to return the call. To my surprise, it came up as invalid, suggesting that it's only operational for outgoing calls. Without a doubt, this has scam written all over it!
