I rang my mum about switching her SIM card over. Honestly, don’t give out your verification code if they ask for it. They’ll just say to hold the line and then cut you off. Proper dodgy!

Be careful with those attempts to upgrade your EE SIM card, seems like a lot of scams are going around claiming they'll do it for you but just end up trying to steal your info. I nearly got caught out myself.
