Just got a call like that a minute ago. I asked the guy what he was hoping to achieve calling from a mobile, cos I was pretty certain it was a scam. He ended up hanging up on me. I’ve been getting calls from mobile numbers like these nonstop for the past few weeks.

Absolute worst kind of people, just ended the call immediately.

Best not to pick up! Got a call from some sketchy guy claiming he was from the Leeds Citizen Advice Bureau. He even knew my maiden name, so I just let him think it was my actual name. Then, without another word, he just ended the call.

They called saying it was about my internet from TalkTalk. I told them everything was fine. Then I asked for my address, and they just hung up on me.
