Just got a call from this number, and the person on the other end asked who they were speaking to after supposedly looking up my name online. I noticed a few others saying it’s linked to ‘Sky’, but when I checked the number myself, couldn’t find any info at all. The caller said his name was Jacob, but when I told him I’d call Sky to double check his identity, he immediately cut the call. Really dodgy behaviour.

I work at Sky and can confirm this isn’t one of their numbers. Loads of customers have been telling us they’re getting calls from this number claiming to be from Sky, but it’s not us at all. So don’t trust it, it’s definitely not a Sky caller.

This number keeps ringing me all the time. Today, the woman claimed to be from Sky and asked if I had their service. When I told her she should already know if she was truly from Sky, she muttered something I didn’t understand and then just hung up. I usually get one day where I don’t get any annoying calls, but then come Sunday evening, the calls start up again, maybe once an hour. It’s so frustrating!
