10 daysI got a call from this number and there was a lady with an Asian accent speaking really fast. She already had my name and phone number and claimed my Vodafone contract needed to be updated because of a merger with "Three". They rang me 4 times within about 5 minutes. I only picked up the last one since I’m familiar with folks around Huddersfield. Sounds like a total scam to me.VodafoneThreeHuddersfield1 monthReceived a call from someone claiming to be O2, spoke with an Indian accent. The moment I told them to stop calling me, they just ended the call straight away.2 monthsSomeone rang me saying they were from EE, telling me my SIM would stop working unless I renewed my contract. He wanted me to give my full email “to check it out for myself”. I told him if he already had my email, he could just send the details there and I’d call EE back on 150 if I needed to, definitely not on the Huddersfield number he used (01484 262208). I’ve blocked the number now. This is clearly a scam!EEHuddersfield2 monthsWithout a doubt, this was a scam. The caller claimed to be from EE and told me my contract was about to expire, offering a better deal to stay. Thing is, my contract only began three months ago, so there’s no way it could be finishing that soon. Totally fishy if you ask me.EE2 monthsGot a call from someone saying they were from 3, telling me my number was about to expire and asking for my info. Sounded dodgy straight away. Then they tried to offer me a cheaper deal but had no clue what I was paying and just guessed £15 a month. I'm on PAYG, no contract at all. Definitely a scam call.PAYG2 monthsAt 11:03 this morning on the 17th of July, my mobile got a call that made no sound. They didn’t even leave a voicemail. After reading the feedback here, I’m definitely going to block this number.3 monthsGot a dodgy call pretending to be from O2, but I’m not even a customer of theirs. When I asked for the full name of who they wanted to speak to, to check if it was legit, they just went quite and ended the call straight away.
