got a call from a woman with a northern accent claiming it was about an energy bill we supposedly owe. she kept going on about some orange envelope that shoulda arrived by now. when i said we use a virtual office address, she just cut the call. total scam.

A bloke said he was from Opus Energy but it felt off. He wouldn’t tell me his last name and seemed confused about why I was asking for it. When I mentioned I might report him to Opus, he just ended the call.

Got a call from someone claiming to be from a national agency, but it was clearly a spammer trying to pull a fast one.

I got a phone call about my electricity, but it wasn’t from my regular company. I just ended the call straight away. Been getting loads of dodgy calls like this lately, it’s getting really annoying.
