They claimed to be the top lifestyle brand in the UK, but the woman on the phone spoke with this strange American accent, and honestly, I couldn’t catch a single thing she was saying.

The other day, my dad got a call even though his number's on the TPS list. The person on the phone started asking about his gas and electric suppliers. Luckily, I was there with him and he managed to say just enough to make them lose interest and quickly hang up.
